BDD Social/Information Booth - (MK. VI) - get some sleep, kids!

BL better than a D.A.R.E. Program? Yes, I think so. They should start featuring BL classes in schools in place of DARE or whatever "drug education classes" you have in your country.

If the D.A.R.E. Program is anything like the JUST SAY NO teaching that we get over here then I 100% agree :)

I would happily teach drug education classes at schools.

For real, our drug education classes just piqued my curiosity about drugs, it didnt scare me away from drugs and heaven forbid, a 6th grader gets his/her hands on some acid or something that they would not be ready for at all. At least with a BL education, they would know what to expect alot better from people who have had experience with a specific drug other than a hard ass "just say no" cop who has refused to even smoke a joint a joint his whole life.

The thought just occurred to me, because in the short time I have been a member here and lurking as a guest, I have learned a lot and feel safer for it.

Fun Sci-fi Fact :)

In Stargate SG-1 the Sarcophagus which is used by the Goa'uld as a healing device, lifespan extender, and even reviving people from death has psychological effects similar to stimulant drugs as evidenced in the episode of SG-1 Need
Synopsis
SG-1 is caught and sent away as slave labor, except for Dr. Daniel Jackson who is starting to overuse a Sarcophagus and suffers its adverse effects which are similar to that of drug addiction. When SG-1 is finally freed, they take Jackson back to prevent him from using again.

Upon their return to Earth, Jackson is found to be biologically unstable, apparently because of the somewhat narcotic properties of the sarcophagus. He goes through withdrawal, during which he is mentally unstable. He demands to go back to Shyla's world, saying that they are killing him by keeping him away from the sarcophagus. He attempts to escape, and eventually pulls a gun on Colonel Jack O'Neill, before breaking down and agreeing to remain on Earth and break the addiction.

I've never experienced stimulant withdrawal, but the doctor during that episode said that the dopamine levels in Daniels brain had been altered by continual exposure to the sarcophagus , and his actions during the show were very much like someone very stimmed up. In short
Jackson becomes addicted to the device, demonstrating symptoms common to the Goa'uld who regularly use them, including paranoia, egotism, and megalomania.

huh

What's goin' on BDD?

I am taking a break from an insane school assignment, smoking a bowl of high potency cannabis, popped 5mg Dexedrine, and drank a glass of wine. Although I'm sure the wine is all gone now. I woke up to 20mg XR Dexedrine, and I've been using it on this schoolwork.

Can't really do math while ripped though, so I thought I'd get on Bluelight. :)
