Ahh yesterday was absolutely gorgeous here! Just checked the weather forecast - sunny all week %) (except right now, it's cloudy hehe)

I have to fight my willpower as long as I can... I have about 20mg of oxy left and that COULD keep me until my refill (28th), or I COULD just get some work done today and not be cold / feel like crap..

decisions.. decisions..

btw, selling old shit for drugs ftw. can't wait to tell my doc I was wd'ing the last few days bc taking an extra here and there screwed me. oops. and my new-found sleep issues...

Does taking DPH w/ opies for potentiation / less-itchies screw w/ sleep? I'm also taking .5mg clonazepam in the mornings, which makes a difference of course. Once I get my baclofen refill I'll be set; I can fall asleep but not stay asleep - they take about 40 minutes to kick in and keep me in a very good sleep all night. ...Maybe I'll stick with the baclo... Cyclobenzaprine kind of makes me nervous being similar to amitrptyline..
 
If you can fall asleep but have trouble staying asleep then you need a long acting sleep aid. Something like nitrazepam or flunitrazepam.

It's mostly due to muscle tension - my back is basically solid even if not totally muscular due to my current lack of favorite activities (exercise-wise).

Either way - it's something I'm going to bring up w/ my GP, not my pain doc, because my GP is a much more interested and caring fellow. Very congenial. Doesn't just care about my blood pressure; he was better than my psych was to a point.. I'd like to try melatonin first instead of MORE Rx's (I'm getting to a silly amount right now imo..), as I'm going to be asking him for lorazepam this coming appt (2-3 weeks from now I think) to aid w/ panic attacks. Oh so fun pin-pointing exactly what's wrong w/ me and how to try to get around it..

I haven't really "allowed" them to properly diagnose me, but here's the definites:

Manic Depression
OCD
Bi-polar
Social & General Anxiety
Panic Attacks

Sleep depends on a lot of things; during the summer I'm active enough that I sleep like a rock. Winter I'm "lazy" / trapped indoors as I HATE anything to do with cold unless it's a drink (and even then most beer I like is better 'wine-cellar temp'). I prefer water room-temp.

..I mean shit, I'm shaking / jittering right now and I have had: 400mg tagamet, .5mg clonazepam, ~15mg oxycodone, 100mg lyrica (haven't been 100% good with this one, have extras).

I sit around inside all day because I'm too, I don't know, to do much of anything. Search for a job? Only if it's EXACTLY what I want... I'm twacked in a weird way, and always have been.

Effie - yes, crazy does cover it quite entirely (at least in my case)...
