Hi, recently i started tking branched chain amina acid capsules as recovery aid/ buidling agent post fitness workout.
Funny thing , i noticed when working out in the evening and taking BCAA's after that it definately interfered with my sleep pattern. I noticed lihgt colouted blobby patterns, not as pronounced and neon coloured as with mushroom, but more softer pastel tones.
Can somebody inform me regarding the psycho activity of amino-acids?

Do these pills contain Valine?
Valine
One of three branched-chain amino acids (the others are leucine and isoleucine) that enhance energy, increase endurance, and aid in muscle tissue recovery and repair. This group also lowers elevated blood sugar levels and increases growth hormone production. Supplemental valine should always be combined with isoleucine and leucine at a respective milligram ratio of 2:1:2.
Caution: Megadosing can cause hallucinations and tingling skin.
Your probably taking too much.
