Baseline+methadone binge. Withdrawal Symptoms?

So, I am not opiate naive BUT I have taken my share of opiates. My tolerance comes on extremely fast and as I up my dosages its not uncommon for me to say, double my dose of heroin each day for say 5 days and then quit, and have very strong withdrawal symptoms. (I did in fact have a binge that followed that pattern exactly, but of course purity is always in question.) So on that 5 day binge: .1,.2,.4,.8.16, but on day 6 I did what I had left which was probably .12 or so, and I got sick within 4 hours of that last dose as I didn't have the amount I did before. And I was sick for a good 5 or 6 days.

So this circumstance. I have not had anything since mid February, so basically 4 months on the nose or 120 days. So it has been 46 hours since this binge started, and I took my last dose 17 hours ago. In a 30 hour window or so I took 150mg of methadone. Roughly 80mg the first night, and 70 last night(Each time I took basically the whole dose within a 5 hour window). I still have an itch and a bit of a nod comes and goes.

My concern is: if I skip tonight, will I have any withdrawal symptoms? Secondarily, how many days will I have to wait before I can dose again so that I wouldn't be piggybacking on top of this run and create a situation where I will get sick because of this binge.(if that makes sense). To put it another way, how long before my current binge is totally out of my system, and on top of that, how long extra do I have to wait so that I am basically starting fresh so that I can avoid sickness.

I know you aren't Doctors etc, I just want an educated guess as I am not very experienced with methadone.

Thanks in advance.

Wow, that seems like a lot of methadone for someone who had taken no opioids for 4 months. You must be abnormal.
Ok, part of the problem comes from the fact that you were taking the methadone multiple times a day and not just once every 24 hours. I would strongly suggest you stop now before you get even more of a tolerance and physical dependence. You might get some withdrawal symptoms, but that is no reason to keep taking the methadone. If you continue taking it you will just get more and more dependent and the withdrawals will be MUCH worse. I would say you should wait at least 3-4 days minimum before taking any more methadone. I would suggest ideally not taking methadone more frequently than once a week.

Methadone builds up in your system, so taking it multiple times over a couple days can require a longer wait time than if you have just taken it once. Plus, methadone has a very long half-life, so for it to be completely out of your system will take quite some time. A week should allow most of the methadone to be out of your system. Methadone's half-life can range from 8-60 hours, and for someone who has little tolerance taking high doses it will likely be towards the longer end of the spectrum. The average is around 36 hrs. That means that in 36 hrs, half the methadone should be gone from your system (but as I said, in some people this can take even longer, up to 60 hrs). Assuming a half-life of 36 hrs, after 72 hrs, 75% of the methadone will be gone. After 108 hrs (4 and a half days) 87% should be gone. After 144 hrs (6 days) 94% should be out of your system. After 1 week about 95%-96% should be out of your system. And this is all assuming that you aren't one of those people for whom it lasts even longer.

It takes extremely high doses to knock out my respiratory system, and I never vomit or get queasy. It is why methadone is very recreational for me, and it has legs. I am still feeling good 18 hours later. I filled up a 20oz with my piss right before taking it in case I get a job offer. Thanks for the input. I'll be holding off then.
