Balls of Steel - Talking openly about drug use (esp. heroin)

That's my personal opinion. Dunno where you're getting "they" from as it wasn't in the piece I linked to.

I can see the benefit of having access to these types of services even if you can't. You seem to be looking for a complete solution to the social, criminal, personal and health problems caused by heroin, which that program was seemingly trying to do with lots of success. Like I said before I don't think there will even be a completely ideal situation when it comes to vices but all you can do is try. You can't just discredit the good that was being done just because it didn't tick every box. Surely it's better than the current situation?

Being given heroin in a medical setting wouldn't be the same as it is when getting it from a dealer. It wouldn't be easier in the sense of a free-for-all, get as much smack in yer body as possible kind of way.

they = gender neutral third person singular. That is, OTW is not sure if you're a boy or a girl. I suddenly realised I couldn't remember either :)

Ah fair play silly me. So easy to get confused when communication is only via text. 8)

For the record though I'm a genuine human bloke like male entity. I've got balls, adams apple.... the whole deal basically. Although saying that the chance of growing tits increases daily with my growing awful food consumption, so who knows what the future will bring!

If you meet someone from Wigan it's probably safer to assume they're male until proven otherwise ;)
