Bad ecstasy experience, Im a little worried... pls help!

a couple nights ago i took ONE e pill, a green lady pokeball. Ive done e lots of times and never had a bad time at all, this was a few months ago. So this night after not doing it for some time i was excited to roll again and have fun. well fun is not what i had. after about an hour i got a MASSIVE head rush and i felt cold throughout my body and was sort of panicky, I sat in pitch darkness for close to three hours praying for it to be over, the pain in my head and weird feeling throughout my body was really scary! after some time it went away the roll was over and finally i could sleep...

the next day i got up and wasnt feeling 100% but whatever i ignored it. a little while after waking up i got the headrush feeling again and i felt weird in my body again! i was scared all over again, i tried to ignore it, it went away but a sort of dull headache was with me for the rest of the day until i fell asleep. I wake up today and the same thing happened! headrush, scared and weird feeling throughout body, dull headache. I never felt physicaly ill or anything, just my head and body, im getting worried, really worried! has anyone experienced this or know what it is??? is this how im going to live my life, waking up scared and going to bed drained... please help me, anybody...
 
Sounds like anxiety while rolling...other than that it sounds like normal things people experience the few days after taking MDMA just you are getting yourself worked up over them because you had a bad experience at the event.

If you are really that worried about it see a doctor.
 
Did you happen to test your pills? I've been lucky so far and never been piped, but from the stories I've read, piperazines can make you feel panicky and like you want to die, not much fun at all.

It could be just anxiety, but IMO, it sounds like there was something else in your pill.
 
Hm well by the sounds of it the pill you had has been taken by people i know and as all pokeballs they were bomb. This definitely sounds like anxiety how ever if it lasted all the way past the come up and hours after, it would point to something other. Maybe you could have got a fake, or you got very unlucky and had a random bad reaction? This is very odd
 
If you got legit ones, those pills are bombb.
Some people randomly experience anxiety with MDMA.
The thing is, the more you think about it and panic, the worse it gets.
It probably didn't help that you "sat in pitch darkness for close to three hours praying for it to be over"...
environment and mood affects many drugs severely.
Sucks you had a bad experience. Hopefully your next one is more peaceful.
 
Nobody can tell you if your pill was "bomb" or rubbish.

You need to test your gear before you eat it with a test kit.

That way you will at least have an idea what your putting into your system.


I agree this sounds very anxiety related but how much was invoked by the active ingredient and how much was from your own head is hard to say.

I suggest that drugs are probably not a good idea for you and it might be best just to steer clear.

In the meantime, good food, plenty of exercise and gfood sleep and you shopuld be back to your normal self in no time.

If in doubt seek an experts opinion.
 
i understand the anxiety related part, but still having these feelings two days after doesnt sound like that was all. im probably going to have to see a doctor or something... i just hope there's something they can do for me
 
You probably got pipes........ive been piped before it sucks......i had a headache for two weeks straight and had problem sleeping at night. Just wait it out...it will go away in days time. Eat right, exercise and think positively and you will be back to feeling normal. Doctors just gonna tell you that trust me ive been there.
 
Sounds a lot like my pipe experience. And up in WA we had some bunk "naked lady pokeball" rip offs floating around. But no one can tell you if your pills were legit or not, like everyone else has said.

Avoid these sorts of experiences in the future by testing your pills. There's several places you can buy kits online. Since I've gotten mine, I've only had good experiences with good pills.
 
I had something similar to this happen to me, and it wasnt from pipes it was from an mdma pill cut with meth. Im still messed up bad 3 years later. Then again that doesnt mean you wont be ok.
 
I get like this on pips. I get a horrible scary rush where i am super anxious and paranoid and generally scared.
