My doctor will not prescribe me anymore xanax (he prescribed me 1 mg twice a day for about 3 months before sending me to a psych which i CANNOT afford)
the only thing that calms my panic attacks down is the heroin i use (maybe because it's so pure I pick up from a runner for the cartel)
Does anyone know any online websites they can msg me I can order some xanax from? Thanks !

^ Sourcing for drugs is NOT allowed on Bluelight.

I personally find that my diet has a large impact on my anxiety levels. For me, cutting out sugar and simple carbohydrates (bread, pasta, potatoes, fruit) has drastically reduced my anxiety. Also, if you like remedying your anxiety with drugs, why not try the less life-ruining drugs? Weed, Salvia, DMT, Mescaline, Ecstasy? Just to name a few therapeutic ones.

I posted the same thing in another BDD thread about the same time, lol:

We really "are what we eat," not the vegan nonsensical application of the phrase, but more that our neurotransmitters need the building blocks obtained from healthy foods to replenish properly. Without proper protein, good fats, and complex carbs, we have serious chemical imbalances, and are making natural imbalances from anxiety/depression/PTSD/ADD much worse.

If we eat like crap, we will feel like crap. If we eat heavy, fried foods, we will feel foggy and lethargic from the bad fats. If we eat lots of sugar, then we will feel full of crappy, unfocused energy that causes anxiety and depression when it wears off after 30 minutes.

I second (3rd?) this. If you eat better, you'll likely feel better and not have as bad of anxiety. I know that my anxiety picks up whenever I eat crap like fast food, heavy carbs (like a huge pasta dinner) and drink excessive caffiene. Try eating more light food like veggies and salads. I've found that raw food (like sushi) has a positive effect. If you need the sugar, eat fruit.
