Bacopa monnieri - ingredients and uses.

These are the supplements i'm currently taking:

Ginkgo biloba, Berberine, Mentat, Serpina, Speman, Shuddha Guggulu, resveratrol, St John's wort & Liv 52

I don't take all of them every day though.
Never heard of the fatted ones. Sperman sounds a bit  for a supplement.
Will look em up, everyday is school on Bluelight no one stays a fool.
We get so bright enriched with knowledge, why we don t rule the planet.

I don t know it. But sure we are capable of shit like running a planet.
Well good morning y all. Edit: what a spelling skill, or lack of glasses ?

Sperman is a dietary supplement made with natural ingredients such as L-carnitine, zinc, folic acid, and CoQ10 realize Folate not Folic Acid is the natural form.
Acetyl-L-Carnithine is absorbed 100 times better. and Zinc form also matters.
L-Arginine creates boners they write, so why it s not in SPERMAN along with basic Basil-extract i don t get. Its about getting a boner and sperm right ?
Mentat is a Ayurvedic Formula. To lot to mention ingredient s. Why take that ?
It contains little bit of Bacopa Monnieri a.o. which i mentioned growing yourself.
So you are sure it is heavy metal free.
Serpina-> Rauwolfia, lots a contraindication s, so i d check em.

Shuddha Guggulu, Commiphora Wightii and Shilayit.

I d first check em, the Ayurvedic s and your constitution.
Pitta, Vata and / or Kapha, changes from time to time.

It's Speman not sperman. The ingredients are almost the same as for Confido. It's Ayurvedic healthcare.

St John's wort

Yeah - you mentioned amityptaline at one point - best not to mix those two.

While hypericin and hyperforin are fascinating natural chemicals, they can play merry havoc with one's liver.

In vitro only - so don't rely on this being in any way an accurate reflection on how the stuff acts on homo sapiens.

But I'm sure you know the old axiom - rules are written in blood.

Don't want to hear you popped your clogs for an avoidable mistake. But your body, your choice - I don't judge others for what they choose to consume (although human flesh might need context).

The herbal tablets that I take are not very powerful.

I doubt I will buy St John's wort again since it has practically zero effect on me and has not made any difference to me whether I take it or not.

My latest purchases are 1kg coconut water powder and 100g pure resveratrol powder.

Would it surprise you to know that in Gemany, St. Johns Wort is a prescribed medication?

Now I don't knpw what specific doses are involved but I repeat - rules are written in blood.

Certainly there are case studies on individuals who arrived (by ambulance) to A&E (ER for US readers) with severe symptoms of serotonin syndrome.

Serotonin syndrome is sort of a difficult condition to treat because thus far, supportive treatment is the only tool a hrried junior doctor has access to. I saw 4MTA fallout from an uncomfortably short range. 4MTA alone isn't very stimulating so pill makers would add a 'dash' of amphetamine. MAOI + amphetamine = a very bad night for someone.

Combine this with MethylPhenidate is ime also contra-indicatied.
Absurd hypertension, MPH on its sole does this ! Imagine a herb that amplifies it,
while also seeming to stretch the length of it, pure torture of my CNS.
Dangerous Herb.

Like Gingo Biloba, which will consequent cause nose bleed in me.
And that way after i stopped snorting shit. Any got a explanation why ?
My nose is made for nose bleed s that said.
