Hi everybody,
i wanted to share that a University in Holland is experimenting (seems with success) Baclofen as treatment for GHB addiction.
Here the link of the article (Bing translated): Cheap pill seems perfect remedy against ghb addiction

University of Amsterdam is making a Clinical Trial about Baclofen for alcoholism, thanks to a donation of an anonymous few yrs ago.
It will give results really soon together with 2 other Clinical Trials in France + 1 in Germany.
Baclofen last month (14 March 2014) has been (tmp) approved in France as treatment for alcoholism.
Is not off-label anymore and can be prescribed by any physician to alcoholic patients:
Alcoholism: official green light to the prescription of baclofen

Unfortunately (quite) unnoticed in English speaking websites.

Something really interesting is happening around this molecule that works for many addictions (finally on the way to be proved/recognized!).

I live in southern usa...ive been using baclofen for years now at doses around 100-200 mgs to combat opiate wds....everyone always overlooks it, this molecule is definetly a game changer if others would catch on

problem is, baclofen has its own set of nasty withdrawals and not everyone handles it well..definitely a more functional addiction than ghb though...

thing is with baclofen it takes months of oral use to produce withdrawals so even using it for weeks like with suboxone withdrawal it will produce no withdrawals when stopped suddenly
