Hello, and welcome back around.
The subs do help. I'm on them too. I'm prescribed 24mg a day and when i took that much dear god it were as if I'd be going through menopause due to the hot flashes! So now i take a strip in the morning and maybe a half in the afternoon, and honestly I thought from going from 24mg to 12mg would be awful but it's not so bad. Less sweating and hot flashes.
