Okay a friend of mine recently suffered some major back pain (sorry, i don't have details on what it was) and was prescribed a nice dose of loritabs. My question is how he can best stretch out this script or if there are any side effects/other sufferings he can feign to score more opiates or other drugs. Thanks

Tell him to call his doctor and say that the script isnt helping him much at all. The pain is so bad he cant even sleep for more than an hour or two at a time. That type of shit. 9 times outta 10 the doctor will call in a more potent med. Tell him notto overdo it though. If he acts like the pain is too bad, the doctor might want him to come in for another check up.
This will almost definatelty work. He'll probably get bumped up to percoset. It's not that big of a difference but the good part is that he'll still get to keep his hydrocodone.
As far as getting other meds, he can play onthe same injury and say that he cant get any sleep because of the pain. Do this after he the first scam the I explained above. A day or two after he gets the new script call again and say the pain is getting better but he still cant get much sleep. He might call in Ambien or something. He could get really lucky. Some docs perscribe benzos for sleep.
