Cocaine Azithromycin and Cocaine safe?

I'm not sick any more, but I'm still taking my Z-pack (Azithromycin), and I want to party this weekend with some friends. I've read that Erythomycin is deadly when combined with cola, but what about Azithromycin??

I would avoid the two, cocaine can contain cuts that may supress your immune system which is not what you need if you're on antibiotics for an infection.
