Bupe aviod Precipitated Withdrawal

Hey, First post long time reader. I was wondering if anyone has tried taking 2 mgs of bupe then couple hours later taking Opiate of choice (OOC) to get out of PW. Then next day take 4 Mg do the same. then keep increasing till you take the Subs with no PW. thanks for the input. I always get thrown into PW even if I wait 26 hours. ive only not been thrown into PW the First time cause I took 24mg and got a buzz or Waited 36 hours. Thanks Again.
 
That won't work... because buprenorphine has a higher affinity for opioid receptors than almost every abused opioid drug, taking bupe and being in PW isn't easily reversed by taking opioids.
 
Can't you just wait until your in moderate withdrawal to take the sub? You won't go into pw then... but I an say from experience that after taking suboxone it will take a lot more of your doc to get relief. A lot more that it will be a waste unless you have a plethora of opiates at your disposal
