Dear forum members,

I assume that a lot of you export drugs from overseas. How often are drugs discovered and seized by customs. How serious must the drug/quantity be in order for customs to to prosecute you or refer the matter to federal police? Do they do it for every illegal importation, or do they in less serious cases just seize and destroy the drug.

take a squizz at the aust customs and border protection services annual report (acbps) or the Aussie crime commission illicit drug data report......that should give you an idea that it's not a good idea!
