Aussie cannabis.

yep. australians and canadians are pretty much the same. two ears, two eyes, a mouth, noses, feet. they tend to use their legs for walking, sitting and surfing; canadians for skating, gliding in little ice-pods, and snowboarding. also, australians have fins and flippers; canadians have flippers, and no fins, but wings which they cant even fly with (useless).

Im not French Canadian - i am actually Polish Canadian; very repressed. nothing like those amphibious French, they just slide from one orifice to the next, or so i hear.............. like little newts........ like toads in a pond.........

JOKE TIME: A man walks into a French restaurant and asks the waiter if he has frog's legs. The waiter replies Yes. The man then says: "So run into the kitchen and fry me a burger!"

Hmm, I get great weed myself in Melbourne, varies between indica and sativa; more indica for sure, but seem to be many cross strains. Basically I just get pure buds, which are great. To be honest, the darkest weed (in terms of colour I've smoked) has always been much more "trippy".

For what its worth, I've had awesome pot from Adelaide, but I have generally seem really seeeded shite :\ Just what I've seen. In melbourne, its either good bud or nothing really.

WHatever happen to abc (aussie bastard cannabis?) It was apparently so inbred and mutated it didnt even look like pot anymore! They did a editorial about the stuff in cannabis culture and I havent heard about it since

I dont think a lot of the Aussie cannibis bashing is really warranted.

I have been to Amsterdam, Canada and the USA and smoked in all 3.

I have had amazing weed here in Australia out of Brisbane, and some real chronic stuff out of Melbourne... it has compared to what Amsterdam has to offer.

Canadian pot I believe is in its own realm, although I've only smoked there twice.. the buzz was unparalell to Aussie stuff. Don't know if you guys get more sativa there or what, but it was a very euphoric giggly kind of high. This was BC weed btw from a decent dealer.

I agree we get a lot of indica, but I find a lot of the outdoor bush weed is sativa and kicks ass! Don't neglect the outdoor strains guys, we have the perfect climate for it and imo it is a far better stone than the hydro stuff.

I will admit though, I hate getting 'drilled into the couch' from the hydro stuff we do get which is the most common.. I try and wait for a nice bush strain, but quite often you just gotta smoke whats around..:\

Speaking on aus cannabis, my 4 plants i had growing were eaten by a fucking possum. :(

i want to cry now :( all my hard fucking effort

fuck it, next time the possums can eat a nice apple filled with rat poison.

There are far too many generalisations in this thread in regards to cannabis in Australia.

Perth people: you're kidding right? I mean I agree, this time of year can be pretty dry. But it's not all Indica, especially not what I was getting. Quite often it's a nice Sativa strain that will have you laughing your ass off and rainbows shooting out of your eyes (ok I stole that line from John Birmingham).

I guess it really does depend on who you know... :\

I was told that the bush season is over the other day :(.. I'm taking a break from smoking atm so doesnt concern me too much, but I wish I had have stockpiled some..

Don't know how accurate this info is?

^^ man those possums must've been blazed.

Jeez... I didn't realise it was so hard to be a stoner in Australia... There are too many possums and sheepmonkeys and such Buggahs! Cheerio.
