I dont think we should condone or give instructions on this combo at all. The fewer who do it the better. Sounds like he will just keep upping the dose till he ends up with SS anyway.

If he wants to die then thats his choice but I don't want any part in it.

chugs -- that's fine, except for the fact that pills are variable. MAOA breaks down the serotonin/noradrenaline.

Suppose that all you get are OK pills with just MDMA. YOu could easily find a dosing regime that works. But what happens when you find a pill thats 50% stronger? Or one with DXM or PMA? If you had all your MAOA, you'd probably be fine. But now you're in serious danger territory. Unable to break it down, you're risking a crisis
