Yo I'm chillin in Egypt right now, pharmacies sell you whatever you want but they don't have amphetamies or opiates except for tramadol. But theres benzos lyrica muscle relaxants. Hash is everywhere too and so is heroin but the heroin is cheap and shitty as hell.
