yes i did, i couldn't find any good sites.
they gave it to my dog for his flight to ontario to keep him quiet, i was wondering if it was something to the effect of ketamine.

It's Acepromazine maleate, which is a phenothiazine tranquilizer. Akin to thorazine, phenergan, and compazine.

Be careful what you ask...you might get this thread locked. I don't know what it would do. Prolly similar effects to thorazine or compazine. Just do a google search for Atravet. I got hundreds of hits. I really don't think that it is recreactional, but it may have some applications.

No. Don't eat em up. This is not the same thing, or even in the same class as valium. IMO, the phenothiazines by themselves are not recreational, although some of them are good potentiators for opiates, and may help with stimulant comedowns, or bad psychedelic trips.
Also, I personally don't think that you should take drugs from ANYONE that needs them when you don't. Even pets.
