Benzos Ativan alcohol, will i perish

Hi there,
So I dumbly took some ativan with some alcohol. Low amounts of each (1mg and 2 cans of cider, less than 5%). But now I am feeling sleepy and I can't help worrying because... i have never disobeyed the don't mix cns depressants" rule before.
I am also very unused to drinking (this is prob the most I drank in the past 12 months) and I use Ativan once every 2 months or so (0.5mg, for anxiety)

I know you are not doctors, you can't say for sure but.... should i be worried or can i just go to bed and probably not die in my sleep?
I know it is pretty ridiculous to even worry but also half of the internet just says "have you seen both benzos and alcohol in your life? You have to go to the ER now!" Which seems a bit intense?

feeling good today. very risky using behaviour. but i'm no saint. i'v done my fair share of mixing them. and everything else under the sun. and what got got there is pretty low does

I am happy to report that I indeed survived and slept .... rather normally.
