Atarax/Hydroxyzine anxiety/antihistamine dosages?

I'm on benzos and shit, but obviously don't like how they make me forget, sometimes I forget that I forgot shit haha.

How do you dose this for opiate potentiation? Is it more effective than Benedryl?

Anxiety wise, what is a good dose to start at? What does it feel like? I have taken propanrolol which just stops me from sweating, alcohol which is like haha its fun to destroy stuff, and benzos which feel like nothing matters, I'm calm as fuck.

i prefer hydroxyzine for opiate potientiation, i use around 50mg.

i find it better than diphenhydramine, but hydroxyzine is not OTC. however cyclizine is a good alternative.
