Ever since I relapsed I get mostly very minor pain in my heart. I’m fairly certain it’s my heart.

Gets worse when angry or when I put salt based nicotine pouches in.

Was co side g going to the ER but idk that it warrants that. Though I will say yesterday I was getting the same pain and lightheaded.

To put it in perspective I relapsed in iv Ritalin. That’s the relapse I’m talking about that causes more concern. I’m not so sure it’s talc because I learned it’s not water soluble and I filter very well. It’s clear when I was using.

Maybe I should just make an appointment with my GP. I would really love to go inpatient drug treatment for a few months but I can’t afford to right now. I have insurance but can’t afford the my portion.

Go to a doctor. Chest pain isn't something to play around with especially if you've been abusing stems.
I think you should do inpatient for a while because you don't seem to be able to control your drug usage on your own. Start saving , what you would spend on drugs

Definitely get checked out by a doc

Do you know what your blood pressure and heart rate are at when you feel these symptoms? Nicotine causes vasoconstriction and an increase in heart rate so it might be wise to try and cut back

Weird trying to quote @someguyontheinternet and @Jen X

But when I hit the quotation marks it just gives me that empty box and no options to insert. Doing something wrong?

So this morning I have been up for awhile and it’s no longer a symptom but I’ll still talk about it with my GP.

In regards to saving my money I spend on drugs that’s the thing I don’t spend money on them. All my drugs are free really. I was getting scripts and I burned my access. To that to the ground so I can’t go back to the one dr that will prescribe me stimulants.

No one else will because I told them immediately I have stimulant abuse disorder and they put it in my file. I saw it online portal.m as a diagnosis.

Still I’d love to go back inpatient. Idk. Do they just bill you after or you have to generally pay while you are there idk how it works as I always was fully covered when I went in the past.
