Ashwagandha

I am thinking about taking ashwagandha for the purpose of raisin testosterone. However on the bottle it says not to take with sedatives. I am on clonazepam, zopiclone and also morphine. Iam just wodering is there much of a interaction here?
I have a test problem as well I've been taking a combination of ashwaghanda, shilajit and tongkay Ali which are all supposed to boost your testosterone, I went from 0.8ng/DL to 1.2ng/DL in two months when it's supposed to have full effect. These things barely work. I'm bout to freeze my semen and start trt cuz I'm only 30. I really wished that they worked for me.

Im on testosterone replacement therapy now and it works great. I have so much more energy, feel great and i put on a good bit of muscle since going on it. Ive been lifting weights 6 days a week.

Ya the going sterile bit is abit of a downer but im ot really thinking of bringing kids into this world. Im 43 now anyway. But not everyone on trt goes sterile i mean dolf lundrigan and arnie both have kids and they took loads of steroids. So in the future i can just take hcg i guess

Yeah I'm actually about to call my doctor back to see what she wants to do, she consulted a professional test doctor before prescribing me anything, I keep hearing people say how trt changed their life and it's really making me want to try it but I DO want to have kids and I'm only 31. So I'd like to have kids around 37-40 if I'm ready by then. I know my girlfriend wants kids as soon as we're able to.. but she understands it's gonna be at least 5 years before we are ready, I've only been off street drugs for two years so. I have low energy especially in the mornings and alot of weight gain without being able to lose it despite lifting weights 3-4 times a week for 1-2 hours at a time. I've been able to build alot of muscle regardless of my test levels being low but it's mainly the energy and weight gain that's keeping me down. Like I'm more muscular than the average guy I can curl 33lbs per arm with ease but you can't see any muscle because of the fat its so annoying. I actually just made a post about this asking for advice lol. But im gonna call my doctor back now and see what she has to say. See ya.

If your thinking about having kids then you may not want to take test. I cant see myself having kids anytime soon as im single as fuck so im not worried. You may want to read up more about hcg helping you keep fertility when you take test. I am not sure if it can reverse being sterile but im gonna read up on that.

I to put on a good bit of muscle despite having low test levels. I managed to put on about 25 or 30lbs of muscle just by lifting heavy and using protein shakes. I started out doing 25lbs dumbbell curls and now im doig 50lbs dumbbell bicep curls and 60lbs tricep extensions and hammer curls. I hadent lifted weights in about 10 years before i started but now 2 years into lifting weights im in better shape now then when i was 20 and doing bricklaying.

I have so much more energy now that im on test. My sex drive has also gone through the roof i feel like a teenager again. I also put on about 10 or 15lbs of muscle since starting the test.

I took ashwagandha because I had chronic anxiety at a really bad time in my life. I bought the blue goli bottle. One thing you have to realize about people saying it doesn't do anything, is it takes almost a month to kick in. 2 weeks at bare minimum of continual use. It killed my panic attacks. I slept great. I had kickass energy. I could feel the testosterone. Got random boners throughout the day and constantly thought about sex. Make my junk hard as a rock all the time. After 2 months I noticed some anhedonia.

Have you considered including Fadogia Agrestis, as it increases LH (Luteinizing hormone).. The signal from the hypothalamus to the testes to produce Testosterone..

Tongkat Ali only works as a mild aromatase inhibitor. So you need some testosterone present for Tongat Ali to actually work against anything.. (by slowing conversion from testosterone to estrogen)..

If concerned about shutdown leading to testicular damage, include sufficient anti-oxidants whilst you employ TRT... (R.O.S can damage Leydig and Sertoli cells, especially when testosterone levels are artificially high due to TRT. But TRT levels should be minimal anyway if a conservative dosing schedule is employed)...

Fenugreek seems to have a more consistent effect on the amount of free testosterone in the blood, by displacing it from plasma proteins and therefore making a larger fraction of it available for binding to receptors.

It's likely that it would also potentiate the effect of intramuscular testosterone injections, allowing the use of smaller doses for same anabolic effect.

Slowing the metabolic breakdown of testosterone by inhibiting CYP3A4 using grapefruit could also be another option...

That's a good idea, too. The t1/2 of testosterone is only about 10 min if I remember correctly, which is why it needs to be an extended release formulation. The problem is that other enzymes can metabolize it as well, and with CYP3A4 inhibited, a larger fraction could turn into compounds that cause hair loss.

Piperine from black pepper is a CYP3A4 inhibitor, but excessive doses can cause harm to one's own hormone producing cells, at least in lab rat experiments.

There's ashwagandha in the mentat tablets i recently bought off ebay.

If you want a natural steroid that can elevate testosterone i used to take something called Gokshura which is tribulus terrestris.

One of the ones that I have never tried is called tongkat ali.

I see someone also mentioned fenugreek. Although this is a cheap as dirt herb, it had been reformulated into a proprietary herbal medicine called Testofen.
