Ashwagandha + cannabis fans?

Just enjoying a combo of ashwaganda 600mg and munching a grip of capsuled chemdawg...plus a bit of cbd...im as relaxed as hell!

Ashwagandha seems like an ideal combo with THC, but I have yet to try it. Something that people should know about many of these ayurvedic herbs is that many have a mild to moderate laxative effect. Definitely true for ashwagandha (which shares some similarities to triphala. For someone who takes kratom pretty regularly it's a welcome effect.
