Arylcyclohexylamines as aphrodisiacs

What are the possible pharmacological reasons behind certain arylcyclohexylamines like methoxetamine allowing a male to perform over and over again, sometimes up to 20 times within a 24 hour period? Orgasm is never hard to achieve and erections are harder than while sober.

This is a serious question that I can't seem to find an answer to. The more I read about prolactin, the more I feel like prolactin levels are somehow lowered which results in a substantially shorter refractory period for guys.

Any literature on arylcyclohexylamine's and lower prolactin levels?

Erectile dysfunction and related problems can be caused by anxiety, dysphoria, stress, performance anxiety, etc, so I suppose it would be safe to assume that if methoxetamine relieves any of these symptoms it could play a factor.

Also MXE's effect on the dopamine/reward pathways could play a role in this, similar to cocaine. The effects on SERT also have sexual effects for some people, although I can't recall if MXE is a releaser or inhibitor.

New to me..aphrodisia...I can see the perve potential alright. Definitely.

But it being there and being actually capable of doing anything about it, are two different kettles of fish entirely.
 
I can't believe I didn't find that out in my self experiments but then again it didn't make me very horny being dissociated and all.
 
I have a hard time seeing people using dissociative drugs as aphrodisiacs. Nothing like fucking when you can't feel your dick.

My thoughts exactly. Numb dick.

The next day after I'm mad horney. I've tried wanking it during MXE and it takes forever (which is great for sex), but overall I felt lil enjoyment and eventually went limp. I'd imagine with a wet pussy and some lube two people could have fun.

My thoughts exactly. During sex once I had inhaled a mass of nitrous about 30 seconds before orgasm and held it in, only to experience the physical movements of orgasm with none of the pleasureable components. It was even less fun than doing a big hit of salvia extract before orgasm (yuck!). I don't have high hopes for ketamine, although ketamine is one of my favourite drugs ever.

If you're male and really wanna mess with prolactin (and have no refractory period), try ropinirole or pramipexole instead.
 
Heh, I concur, as far as DA agonists go. You think something like PV turns a guy into a demented, porn-obsessed wankmonkey? try mixing it with something like piribedil.....its doubtful the recipient of such a combination, based on my trials with the latter as a nootropic, and doing some PV at the time, that they will even MOVE, to engage in any other activity.
 
There is another side that seems to be widely unknown (at least I did not read about it yet), but two independent girls confirmed this to me.. I had no ulterior motives, just exploring the substance together.. and while it's not difficult to imagine what it's about, I was still amazed.

Methoxetamine seems to be a potent aphrodisiac to women, creating a very intimate feeling of safety, empathy, being "at home" - don't know if this is dependent to the person, allowing inhibited feelings to come alive, or if it's a purely chemical reaction... subjectively I'd say the first, or a combination of both. At least it has a completely different quality than simple ethanol or gabaergics ...

As I said, I have experienced the same emotional space, but it seems to affect men and women much different, maybe based on their different mindsets.

Not much to add but DXM was decently sexually stimulating during some trips. With others there was nothing.

Before tolerance built up, DXM gave me a comparable, but slightly different (subjectively more serotonergic, and definitely more psychedelic) feeling of being comfortable "at home" independent of where I really was and, to some extent, with whom. But I'd say that it does not come close to MXE about the aphrodiacism. Too psychedelic and off the world, also sedating the first times, while MXE is able to create an intimate universe together... ok, never tried so can't assure. Could do the same thing a bit different, at least to some.

(Also, being a shy nature... these experiences were hard punches. I was monogamic before and still am, but dunno if I'll ever forget these days... knowing from my own eyes what it'd be to be one of these people I've ever admired and despised, but still being what I ever was...the dissociatives changed my sight of the world, but unfortunately not myself.)

Actually +6. Every guy and girl I know who has tried this has loved it.

As far as MXE's aphrodisiac properties, that one seems to be more hit or miss. I know some who swear by it, others who hate it. I personally never got much out of it in this regard unless it was an extra low dose combined with a serotonergic psychedelic.
 
I knew a girl who really was in the mood for sex after k-holes, when we were near baseline again. I could do it but it was not very pleasurable, mainly due to the nausea.
 
In my experience, MXE makes it almost impossible to cum, and even if it happens it's not very pleasurable.

But yeah, most Arylcyclohexylamines increase dopamine levels and dopamine inhibits prolactin which should lead to a shorter refractory period.
