That sounds very nice. If it is working and can be efficient it sounds really great.

It is very positive and favorable for moving forward by finding a better way of doing things when there is a need.

Expanding access to harm reduction is a very good and proactive support.

Great well written article, my only criticism would be I would love to see some sort of pharmacological data, or some other various datas on just how xylazine interacts with pharmacologically with opioids. Does it exacerbate respiratory depression? Can it be tested for using reasonable home tools such as various reagent tests?

I guess what I am trying to say is that an article from a veteran HR org like BL should have more information than what a local news station would write. More than just a general warning. Let's throw some data or science in there, too.

Just my 2 cents.

I just saw this. I think it's a great article, eloquent but straight to the point and not too wordy. By the end I felt motivated to participate but I don't inject any drugs.

My response to this is I think it is a great idea because of me being the addict that I am I'm going to find anyway to use granted I've been off the needle for a while but I know people in that active addiction , we're going to use whether we are safe or not for the most part. It is very stupid to not offer a safe way to do it. Because anyone using those we're going to do it any form in any fashion whether it risky or not hopefully not risky but people who know know what it's like when you're done for that fix so why not offer a safe way to do it it blows my mind that is not offered more than it is. It can make all the difference in the world. People don't want to be dirty about it they would prefer clean supplies it would cut so much in diseases among other things I think it's a great idea and think it should be supported in all states. I'm a go for it and think it's kind of absurd to think that it's not offered. But that's just my opinion and I'm sure plenty would agree people who want to fix are going to get it fix wouldn't you want that to be a safe fix I would
