Arrow Heads, white pill - East Coast New England / USA ....

Anyone in New England have these pills? They're 3/4 cm. wide, and have an arrow on them. They have no taste, litterally! Not the usual chemical taste, but something rather smooth. No taste at all
they're bum. they did nothing....
anyone else got any word on this, i'd really appreciate it. thanks
