are these spice gold substitutes?

So my uncle used to buy Spice Gold from a few websites and it doesn't seem to be around much more. But there still seems to be quite a few spin-off such as:

Buzz Incense
Fire n Ice Incense
Pulse Incense
Tribe Incense
...

And there's a whole line of Afghan versions of these.

What my uncle's wondering is whether these are all, more or less, the same type of product--you know, cannabinoids? They look the same--same packaging and everything, only the colors and imagery differing. Does it matter, in other words, whether my uncle purchases Spice Gold or one of these spin-offs?
