Could be, they are signs of having taken too much opiates. A doctor or other medical professional can help you with that better than we can. If you have problems breathing, call 911 or your local emergency telephone number.

I'm going to close this because we're not doctors and leaving it open will do nothing but cause endless speculation. If you feel you are having a medical emergency, contact emergency medical services ASAP.
