Are there any legitimate ways to enhance Oxycodone?

The only things you can use to potentiate Oxycodone is grapefruit juice and maybe Promethazine. Use both of them at the same time for best results.
 
First generation antihistamines add to the nod. Granted i dont get a nod with oxy anyway i get a stim effect
