I am just wondering if there is a such thing as anything herbal or over the counter, which acts as a vasodilator, including anything that produces vasodilation as a side effect and not necessarily indicated for use as a vasodilator?
I've heard claims/stories of people stopping a myocardial infarction in its tracks, just by downing a tablespoon of cayenne pepper in a glass of hot water and how people were able to cancel EMS intervention when paramedics arrived on scene. I've also heard cayenne pepper also has antiarryhtmic effects as well. Any science involved to back this claim up with?
