Are their prescription amphetamines?

If so what are they called? A friend of mine was wondering because hed been getting ridalin (spelling maybe off) and he wanted to know if his pharmacy hookup could get any amphetamines. replies would be appreciated

Ritalin is an amphetamine... But Adderal, Desoxyn, and many others ARE stronger and he might be able to get them if he has a good doctor and a strong enough ADD problem.

There most certainly are. They include:
Dexadrine (Dextroamphetamine)
Adderall (Assorted Amphetamine Salts)
Desoxyn (Methamphetamine)
I believe that covers the main ones, and my spelling might be a litte off...

Woah, Desoxyn sounds crazy. Pharmy grade meth, *wipes drool from chin*. That stuff must be mad rare. The web says its perscribed for everything from ADD to depression.
 
desoxyn IS rare...first time i ever heard about it was on this message board...i was very surprised to find that methamphetamine was a Schedule [edit->] II substance...

woops...that's what i meant...didn't see that i only put one I...i know that it's a Schedule II substance...
