Perhaps there is a better part of the forum…? even tho the question is simple the answer may not be.
I bought 1k grams of DL phenylalanine. Mfg'd in US. I read in Smart Drugs 2 that the DL version tasted sweet. This does not. When I put it in water it doesn't seem very willing to dissolve, I didn't try this for long. But I did stir it. It was almost like styrofoam balls and stayed that way. Could if be fat soluble?
The non sweet taste isn't much of a concern on it's own but with it's unexpected behavior in water I began wondering if I should be asking some questions. It was manufactured for 1Fast 400 in Ma in the usa Also, it smells sweet, it sort of bothers me because I dislike manufactured smells and flavors.
I'm betting it's not that important that it is not sweet. It is also, so fine a powder as to be a bit of a nuisance. I didn't seem to want to dissolve under my tongue either. The taste was less bitter than piracetam for instance. I got it from a guy on ebay. I'd be grateful for some help. Thanks for your time.
