APO 80s, question

Alright, well basically I've been getting the APO 80s, and I rail about 15-20mg at a time, and I haven't been removing the green coating.
And now I'm noticing it kind of gels up in my nose, I was wondering roughly how much Oxy am I losing because I'm not removing the coating? Would i get more desired effects if I removed the coating? I'm assuming yes but I just wanna hear what you guys have to say

It gels up from the time release mechanism that's meant to be abuse-proof. This thread may help you:

The coating on the pill is pretty much irrelevant in terms of its action in the body. For the vast majority of timed-release formulation tablets, the mechanism is builty into the entire mass of the pill. To name a few, OxyContin, MSContin, Palladone and so on.
