APAP everyday for months?

I just learned about CWE so don't mention it because I am going to start doing it! But I was on 3G of APAP (Vicodin and Percocet) daily after shoulder surgery and I just continued to take the same amount for recreation. So is 3G of APAP daily for 4 months harmful to my liver?

It is under the daily limit. You should be fine. Acetaminophen on the whole is not the best thing for your liver. Neither is alcohol huh?

^ Yeah it's under the limit so you'll be fine. You'd have to be taking that amount for years before you started noticing liver damage. Glad to hear you're gonna start doing the CWE though, good habit to get into.
