So with about 10 weeks to go till I become a dad, MissNystazein and I are spending a lot of time at home and could do with some games to play of the electronic variety. We're thinking of buying a 2nd hand one but thought we'd ask here first to either give a fellow BL'er the cash or maybe even just borrow one for a while. If borrowed, obvioulsy we'd cover all the postage and put down a deposit too if ya like. I can assure all that we are of the most responsible type, do not smoke, drink or gain any pleasure from throwing said PS3 around =D

Alternatively, if you're in Essex then I can probably just drive round.

Game are selling a pre owned 160gb one for £110 at the moment.

Tesco were selling the 12gb slim for £125 at one point, tried cex.co.uk?
 
I need my PS3, but congratulations on your soon-to-be-dad-dom!

Ebay might be worth a look too.
 
I think with the new baby you won't have time to play videogames!! Little kids are cool, if the Japanese manage to breed a new type of baby that doesn't defecate and sleeps on command I might consider having a few kids in the future. Would have to find a suitable breeding partner though, which might prove tricky.%)
 
PS4 isn't out until December at least though, it was also cost an arm and a leg from what I've heard, the hardware in it is top notch. One of my uber-geek buddies said it might cost as much as 800 dollars on launch date. As usual us European customers will have to wait more and pay premium.
 
Yeah the PS4 definitely sounds promising. Will be interesting to see what Microsoft comes up with too.

You guys seen that Illumiroom tech demo?
