I am prescribed 400mg twice a day of it for seizures and I do think I am generally calmer since I started it. I often take 600mg twice a day instead and it does feel like I've taken a light benzo (like Chlordiazapoxide/Librium). On a bad day I'll take up to 1600mg and there's a definite pronounced pleasant anxiolytic effect.
