Hey, (second time having to write this cause I got logged out :X ) I wanted to know, has anyone ever combined Losartan (Cozaar) blood pressure medication with their Bupe (Suboxone) or any other Opioid for a potentiating effect?

I know Clonidine (Catapres) can be a potentiator for Opioids/Opiates/Benzos, and is sometimes used to curb withdrawal. A couple years back, when I was on Methadone Maintenance, some people would hang out outside of the clinic and try selling their Clonidine as if it were a Benzo.. They even had slang for them, calling them 'Catties' as if they were like, 'Zannies'.

I know they are both for lowering blood pressure (Losartan and Clonidine), but I've been able to read a lot about the effect Clonidine can have for lowering anxiety. I haven't been able to find anything like that on Losartan (maybe it just isn't as popular, but maybe it just doesn't have the same effect). Though they are both for the same thing, they technically are different drugs, so I feel someone should waste their time/risk their health taking something for no reason/effect.

I've been on Suboxone Maintenance for about six months now. I've read tons of threads on here about trying to potentiate Suboxone and nothing has really worked for me.. (though there are some things I haven't tried ie. St. Johns Wart..) and a few others, but I figured this is far from eating household grapefruit or swishing some Listerine lol,, at least this is an actual medicine, so I would hope it has the potential for a greater effect, but who knows. There's a bottle of this Losartan sitting around the house I've been wondering about.

So, does anyone know if this BP medication could increase the effects of the Bupe and potentially create a 'buzz'?
I'm new to Bluelight (though I've been reading threads on here for years from time to time) so, if you have any knowledge/experience on the subject, please share your information. Thank you.
