I've had depression, anxiety, insomnia, and chronic migraines for most of my life and have been trial and error on dozens of antidepressants, sleep aids, and migraine relief medications.
My Dr. found what we think could be my best match (my last post was about this genetic test), which is a "food medication" called Deplin.
After some research, I learned that it could help chronic migraines, but I have also seen reviews that it causes migraines.
I'm curious to see if anyone else with migraines has tried Deplin and how it has worked for them.
Thanks in advance!
