Has anyone else spotted the similarity of difenoxin and piritrimide?
If you swap the carboxylate for a carboxamiide?
That class of drug has a QSAR that only exists in Janssen's records. Pity, because I suspect it would be MORE active than difenoxin, and they had to add atropine to THAT to stop abuse.
