Harm Reduction anyone know why i cant self induce vomit?(opioid user)

months ago i was able to do self induced vomit if i needed.for example when i know i took too much pills mistakenly.but now i cant.i don't know why but i guess maybe its related to opioid usage?i want to ask you if you had a similar experience?
maybe because i am using too much oxycodone my nervous system can't respond normally.i do it by putting my fingers deep in my mouth.

Yup very likely to do with your opioid usage, it reduces gut motility.

I tried to induce vomit in a desperate attempt to lose weight via becoming a bulimic, but it doesn't work for me even when I'm sober. But yeah, opioids further mess with reflexes.
