Anyone have experience supplementing with L-Tyrosine?

I've been considering ways to lessen the after effects of dopamine depleting drugs such as MDPV, and came across some stuff suggesting that supplementing with L-Tyrosine can help to replace dopamine more quickly than usual. Is this true, and would it have much of an effect on after effects such as low mood?
Thanks

I best order myself then. What kind of dosing pattern/amount is good?

Before and after I'd guess? Loading up on L-Tyrosine would hopefully, in speculation, make sure you get the most out of your drug. I wouldn't say that it would increase the effects though, but definitely top up your brains supply of the necessary Dopamine it will be releasing.

Afterwards you could also speculate that it would speed up the process of rejuvenation to some extent. But don't forget, the comedowns aren't exclusive to Dopamine depletion, so don't expect to not feel like shit. I have personally tried this before with L-Tyrosine, and never noticed a clear-cut reduction. It's just another 'the day after' regardless.

During, now that's somewhere I have no experience with supplementing.

Yup, it helps, IME. Mainly seems to help me with cravings after an MDPV run, i.e. decreases them and hastens recovery time. Think you're supposed to take it on a completely empty stomach, which I try and do. Something about competition between proteins.

P.S. I would never mess with L-Tyrosine during a run, as I suspect it would boost the negative side effects of the drug.... seem to remember a lot more anxiety with MDPV if I took an L-Tyrosine tablet.

I have read and experienced that several vitamin and chemical levels in your body can be effected.

I take an expensive multi-vitamin that also has green food powders (spirulina, etc.) several amino acids (including L-tyrosine), vegetable powders, fruit powders, mushroom powders, digestive enzymes, omega fat complex, and bioflavanoid complex. It is $10 for 30 pills (bottle says 3 per dose) and $27 for 90 at my local health food store.

I do not believe I am the gullible type prone to placebo. I think it works. I am prescribed Vyvanse 60, do opiates and smoke the reef. I feel healthier and it seems it is more effective. I have not experienced worse side effects. If anything, bad side effects are more mild with the supplements.

I just started taking it about a week ago. I will let everyone know if my situation changes.

yea i have experience with tyrosine and many other supplements. just take 1000 millies a day, and dont do it for too extended of a time. you shouldnt go crazy with it, dont do more than 1000 and you can even do just 500 sometimes.
