I came across some pharmaceutical stuff called "Nimbex" yesterday. After a little research I learned that this is a drug used in conjunction with Fentanyl, etc. during intubation (anasthesia). Nimbex is a nondepolarizing skeletal muscle relaxant for intravenous administration. after checking dosage info, I determined that 8 mg would be a safe dose for trying to alleviate back pain.

Right after injecting I felt my eyes go kinda numb...a little scary but not too bad. All better now.

Anyone else have any experience with these?

you are either joking or weigh a lot. It's a neuromuscular blocking Agent used as a parylitic. 8 mg is the loading dose for a 80lb individual, but still playing around with NMBAs is a quick way to wind up in a body bag.
