Hopefully I am posting in the right forum but anyone notice that if you go to sleep soon after ur last hit and decide to stay in bed the next day your withdrawal worsens faster? Like I notice if I stay up and don't sleep as long (if I do go to sleep) that my body doesn't start to shutdown as fast. When I spend that first day in bed the fatigue gets horrible! My body stiffens and the withdrawal is soooo much harder as opposed to if I stay up OR sleep only a few hrs I notice the fatigue is less severe. Meaning that if I keep my body moving the fatigue doesn't get so bad. My problem is I get so depressed I want to sleep to escape the miserableness of the depression. Does this make sense? Anyone ever notice this?
