Anyone else think benzos arent that good?

Everytime i take them i forget 95% of what i did that day so I can barely tell how they really feel.

So I feel like when I take them its just a waste since i dont even remember taking them.

can anyone relate?
 
To be fair I've never taken any Benzos, but I don't understand why people (well the ones that I know, not everybody will be the same hopefully) take Valium (mostly) when they are drinking, they always end up having no memory at all, and usualy start fighting (or worse) or do something ridiculously stupid.

I don't see how that is worth it.

Sorry that it is kinda off-topic, I just wanted to add this in lol.

I could relate with this. I never took benzos when drinking but once i took 4 mg lorazepam and then the next day my friend is mad at me and i had no idea what i did.
 
I'm going to close this. Perhaps this is more suited for DC, and discussing if benzos "aren't good" really isn't a BDD topic. PM me if you have any questions.
