first of all, if you have bad anxiety you must eliminate all caffeine from your life..that would be the first step and trust me, i know how hard it is to do..if you are anxious and take benzos but also take in a bunch of caffeine, its almost a pointless exercise, you are constantly up an down..depending on the amount of caffeine you take, it might also be causing your depression..i noticed when i was taking in larger amounts of caffeine, id get a short mood boost but then id crash and be down and depressed for hours..
there is no drug that is going to be reliable at giving you a mood boost that is going to be sustainable for any amount of time..trust me, i have tried lol..all of them have downsides or crash ..the only consistent thing i have found that boosts mood is hard exercise..i dont mean a walk around your block, i mean lifting weight or doing wind sprints..its not fun but it does boost mood and reduce anxiety..
oh and yes, i have several mental problems undiagnosed, no doubt about it..i have found though that when i alleviate one, another one seems to get worse..it really sucks..
