anyone else experienced INTENSE body tingles after a cig whilst on Aprax/peroxatine

hey guys. now every now n then when my anxiety would effect my work i would duck out in the car up the road for a smoke. When i was doing the CWEs i thought it was to do with that, but lately when im sober im getting the most intense body tingles if i have a cig. to the point where my hands are glued to the steering wheel and my jaws goin as if i was on a roundy from 10 years ago. has anyone else experienced or can tell me what the do is? either way it feels fucking great and lasts for about 30-60 seconds then fizzles out.
