So on July 26th I stupidly took a blue dolphin pill which contained meth/piperazine, and it is now August 29th and still feel bad anxiety, I was also getting scared that I might go schizo when i read the early symptoms of it. My symptoms are
•derealization
•anxiety
•slight depression
•migraines
•Sensitivity to light
This was only the third time I have rolled btw. Anybody else ever have this experience? Any way to
Feel better ?

What is really the question here..? We can't tell you what you took, but it doesn't seem you are asking that so it should be fine.

I think you're just trying to figure out what this random chemical did to you.. unfortunately, quite a few other people deal with long term problems from "ecstasy" as well. They always get better, though. You will too. :) Just give it time, focus on what you can do to get better, not what already happened in the past. Your symptoms are all normal, and they should all fade eventually. It's probably not going to be easy but just remember things are always darkest before the dawn. I'm sure you'll be back to your old self in no time!

i've been experiencing some of those symptoms as well as of late. Been about three weeks for me since my last roll and still working through it. I don't have the derealization and light sensitivity that you do. In exchange I have some minor balance, motor-coordination issues, general cognitive things (memory lapses, hazy focus, fogginess, spelling mistakes, etc.) Oh, and a strangely sore neck (not like when you sleep funny but more like...afraid to move it too sharply or with much force) Very odd and concerning. Anybody else?

Folley gives some really great advice. I may have a more conservative North American idea of abuse that some Europeans scoff at, but in my own perspective abuse I did - and for several years. I won't lie - the recovery was not fun and took a long time but just like Folley said you will get back to your old self and you'll be wiser for the experience. I recently tried MDMA after a long period of abstinence and taking care of myself and was amazed that even 12 years after starting and after a complete loss of magic that somehow the beauty of MDMA was able to resurface and show herself when I was convinced it was lost forever.

By the way, my experience was just like yours in that it all went wrong one night when I got some terrible mix of chemicals that definitely wasn't MDMA, so there's definitely great hope for you. Just hang in there. :-)

Thanks folley you're post made
Me feel a lot better, and my doctor said it is almost impossible to develop some kind of schizophrenic like psychosis after just one bad pill, he said it's just bad anxiety

Thanks man :) how long did your bad experience last? Was there anything you did to improve recovery? Also yeah I'm going test what ever I take from now, but I think it's gonna be awhile until I roll again. :(
