Any well recommended pain clinics in Buffalo area?

Any western New Yorkers out there that can give me advice on local pain management clinics?

My body's a bit of a wreck from a myriad of injuries/surgery & such from a lifetime of boxing & martial arts competetion. A LOT of wear & tear on me now at 49.
I've been with my HC provider & primary for almost five years now & they give me a steady supply of Lortab. I've been on a script of 180 7.5s a month for about the entire time that I've been with them.
Which, from what I understand about today's ultra-tough climate regarding opiates, isn't too bad...
But, with my issues, it's just NOT cutting it anymore.
However, it's my provider's policy to not go above what they give me for ANY patient. If more is needed, they refer to pain management.

Unfortunately, I'm one of those "bird in hand" individuals who fears change.
Despite the nature of my injuries/state of my body & the fact that it got me approved for SSD etc., I have this fear that I might go to a pain clinic & they'll actually take away my opiates.
Anyone ever heard of such a thing?

Anyone have any reassurances or suggestions about "good" pain clinics in the area who have a reps for being generous when generosity is, indeed, definitely needed?

Any & all feedback much appreciated.

Thanks. :)
