ALways sit down if possible first, I've never managed to pee standing while rolling. I always sit down and turn the sink on fullblast. Then just relax by massaging my scalp or something and I always piss in no more than 3 minutes even while rolling my balls off

if there's a sink near the toilet, run warm water over your hand. that does it for me every time.

just relax and focus , might take u a while but just relax and let it flow , i know from experience that's the only way, also u should not take more then 1-2 or else that happens for future reference on peeing easily
