Any New Englanders Here ?

What do you find preferable about it?
I have my guesses, but I'm curious.
Arral well for one thing, the weather. I decided to go to FL ust in time for the hottest summer on record, 2023. NH gets hot but it's not unbearable like in FL. I could not even go outside. I would be drenched, like wringing out my shirt from sweat, within a matter of minutes. Even with the ac in, I had to sit it lay down in front of a fan just to cool off.

I personally think New England is more beautiful than FL. You get the ocean, lakes, rivers, mountains, forest, just beautiful natural land. Plus there is a lot of history up here. The buildings and house are more ascetically pleasing. I like to see all the old buildings and forts in the area.

Last but definitely not least, the people. I really don't know what happened to FL over the past 20 years but it's not at all the same. There are so many people from everywhere. It doesn't always mesl well. Add that to the backwards politics down there, it's a bunch of people who don't give a shit about the person next to them. I'm not saying everyone is like that but more than I've seen in New England.

Than add in the no sales tax, better schools, better roads, decent community programs, it's clean, better health care and FL can't even compare.

Yeah, Florida has its cool parts and stuff, and I'm cold blooded as shit, but that uncomfortable heat is enough to keep me away from ever living there. The mid-atlantic gets hot enough
